Refunds
All orders are all made to order and are nonrefundable. Orders must be canceled within 24 hours to get refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase please email littleellieco@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping Issues
Little Ellie is not responsible for packages lost in the mail. Customer will use Route Shipping insurance to get refund. If opt out then customer will not be reimbursed for lost package.
