FAQ

What is your TAT (turn-around-time)?

Currently bows are between 1-2 weeks and loveys are ~6 weeks for in stock and ~8 weeks for custom. The most up to date timelines will always be posted on Instagram stories and saved to the highlight “shop updates”. Shipping with USPS is taking longer than usual due to COVID-19. Can I return my item?

All of our items are made to order so once you order, it can’t be returned or exchanged. We really want everyone happy with their items so if there is something wrong with your order please contact us at LittleEllieCo@gmail.com

How do I get a custom bunny?

Custom orders are done in drops. In a drop once you secure a spot by purchasing a custom bunny listing you will then complete a “build my lovey” form.  The releases will always be announced and saved to the “shop updates” highlight on Instagram. You can pick any fabric for the inside of the lovey from spoonflower.com. For the fur, the in-stock options will be given at the time. You can preload your cart with any add ons from this section or purchase them separately after you get your lovey (no additional shipping will be charged). Fabric picks need to be submitted via email within 24 hours from the release time. For fabric inspiration check out this collection from spoonflower. Looking for more gender neutral/boy options? Check out this collection! If you want help designing post on our VIP FB group or email us!

Sherpa or faux fur?

It’s such a personal preference! Faux fur is silky soft and Sherpa is more cozy squishy but still soft. It’s like a short hair dog vs a poodle type of dog- both soft, just different textures!

How do I wash my bunny?

For small stains it is best to spot clean. If you would like to wash the whole lovey, hand wash and then lay flat to dry. You can read the section “hand-washing plush toys” for more ideas on how to do this.
